Affidavit of the competition organizer

I declare that the personal data of the competitors, coaches and referees given on the www.sutazekarate.sk portal in the scope - name and surname, date of birth / age, weight, degree of technical maturity, club membership and photograph will be used only for organizing competitions - occupancy of categories, drawings, diplomas, attendance sheets and score sheets. I will not provide these personal data to third parties. I am aware of the legal consequences associated with this affidavit under § 15 of Act No. 122/2013 in Collection of Laws on Personal Data Protection Act as amended.
